1. BASIC SKIP TRACE – DATABASE SEARCH ON AN INDIVIDUAL

Basic Skip Trace Service

Search for the most recent database information on an individual. The investigation begins with a comprehensive nationwide database search for the individual’s most recent contact information. Our search scans multiple data sources to identify potential current addresses, phone numbers, employers, and other contact points associated with the subject. When database results are compiled, we analyze the findings for recency and reliability, providing you with the most promising contact leads. This service is primarily used to establish due diligence for court proceedings, support initial service of process attempts, and document reasonable efforts to locate parties in legal matters. The information is delivered in a clear report format suitable for inclusion in court filings when demonstrating location attempts. The investigation is a nationwide database search for the individual’s most recent contact information. This service is used to effect a measure of due diligence for the court in order to proceed with a notice by publication, collections notices, and investigation reports. 2. EXTENSIVE SKIP TRACE – ATTEMPT TO LOCATE IS OUR EXTENSIVE INVESTIGATION SEARCH

10 hours utilized to make calls and establish contact. Skip trace and attempt to establish contact through direct contact with the individual, neighbors, friends, or family. The investigation begins with a nationwide database search for the individual’s most recent contact information. When potential leads are identified, our investigator will dedicate up to 10 hours to sort through the database information, call the numbers listed, and speak with family, friends, and neighbors in an effort to locate the individual. The goal is to confirm an actionable address for in-person service of a Civil Subpoena, Notice, or Order, or to facilitate direct contact with the individual. This investigation is not guaranteed to find the individual. However, our thorough process ensures all reasonable attempts are made within the allocated research time. At the conclusion of the investigation (or when the individual is successfully located), you will receive a final report detailing our efforts and findings. This report will indicate whether the individual has been located or if they currently lack a confirmed physical address, reflecting the comprehensive nature of our search.
